OUR RULES

As a member of TAW, all members and recruits will abide by the following rules. Gameplay rules apply while playing in our servers, public servers, whether playing with the TAW tags or not:

• Cheating (any alteration of the offical game code and files or any use of a program that is meant to alter the behavior of the game in a way that gives an advantage to the player using it or a disadvantage to players not using it. ex: map hacks, speed and accuracy hacks)
  
  No TAW member will cheat, store cheats, or associate with cheaters. There are no exceptions to this rule and it is strictly enforced. Any credible accusations will be thoroughly researched by the senior members. If the clan leadership agrees with the allegations, the member will be permantly removed from TAW.
• Glitching (use of any behavior that is either undocumented or unintended by the manufacturer in order to increase their own performance or score. ex: wall/floor glitches)

• Behavior - Members must respect each other regardless of their origin, nationality, age, gender, race, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. Members will not swear in game; excessive swearing in TS is also not permissible. Members will show dignity, honor and integrity in game. Any insult towards the member, it's team, another member, or TAW as a whole is to be ignored and left uncommented (we do not need to stoop to the same level). Members will not question TAW policies or regulations in public, but may do so in the private forums. Sportsman-like behavior is mandatory. Recruiting in other clan's servers is strictly prohibited. Remember: A TAW member is not perceived as an individual but as a representative of our clan. A member's conduct reflects on the entire clan.
• Treason - Informing any other clans our strengths, weaknesses, or tactical plan will be considered and act of treason and will result in removal from TAW
• Privacy - All data that TAW stores about it's members will be kept secure to the best of our ability even if the member leaves TAW. All data TAW submits to any member is to be kept secure and will not be accessible to anyone unless the data is declared public. This inludes passwords, members private e-mail, personal information, and data that is protected from public access by passwords. However, TAW will comply with law enforcement or court-ordered requests for personal information
• Moonlighting - No member will make himself/herself available to other clans for the purpose of competition in ladders or otherwise.
• Other - No warez, cracks, serials or illegally obtained copyrighted content is allowed. Links to this type of content, asking for, offering, or asking for help/helping to process such content in any way or form is not tolerated.
• Rules - It is the responsibility of each member to know and understand all clan rules listed in the Code of Conduct, and to keep abreast of changes.
